Design/Prototyping

Paradise Plastics has a complete in-house capability for the design and prototyping of your custom injected molded and thin gauge thermoformed parts requirements. Paradise Plastics’ engineering staff will assist you in taking your ideas and needs from the conceptual stage through bringing it to a workable design.

Our on-site fully equipped Machine Shop is staffed by qualified machinists with extensive plastics tooling experience. This allows us to build prototype thin gauge and heavy gauge thermoforming tooling in rapid fashion, allowing you to have sample parts in hand with short lead times. In addition, we are able to build and maintain thermoforming tooling on-site, assuring you the best possible lead-times for your production parts needs.
