CNC trimming

Paradise Plastics has multiple high-tech 5-axis and 3-axcis CNC routers to accomplish precision, repeatable trimming of your heavy gauge flat thermoformed plastic and other products. From simple single-axis geometric cutouts and screw pilot holes to sophisticated, multi-axis routing, we can offer you parts (up to 5’ x 10’ in size) with very close tolerance and exact part-to-part consistency. In addition, CNC trimming can eliminate many preparative steps (drilling, cutting, slotting, etc.) you may have to perform during your assembly process. Our CAD/CAM programmers have extensive experience in the area of 5-axis CNC programming, allowing us to produce routed parts that meet and exceed the stringent quality requirements of the aerospace industry and government contract work.
